The people driving Egron's strategy, governance and operations
Over two decades of uninterrupted experience in e-governance and citizen-service delivery. Founded Creative Infotech (Udaipur, 2001), joined CMS Computers in 2005, served as Project Manager for CMS's eMitra division (2005–2008), and as State Head for CMS's eGovernance Division in Rajasthan for nearly eleven years (2008–2019). CEO of Egron Indiatech since January 2019, leading the Company's transition from Harshit Infotech, holding accountability for the LSP relationship with RISL — including the fresh five-year LSP agreement executed in November 2025 — business development, regulatory compliance, SLA performance, and overall financial and strategic direction.
Director of Egron Indiatech since January 2019 and majority promoter-shareholder, holding 76% of the paid-up equity capital. Provides board-level governance and strategic oversight of the Company's eGovernance operations, covering statutory compliance and fiduciary governance, organisational planning and HR oversight, approval of significant financial and operational decisions, and co-signatory responsibilities on statutory and regulatory submissions.
Director and co-founder of Egron Indiatech, holding a 10% equity stake since inception. Began at CMS Computers in 2008 as a Field Engineer, later Expert Consultant at Aksh Optifibre (2013–2014) and Block Coordinator at Vision Comptech (2014–2015), before founding Harshit Infotech (2015–2017) — the predecessor entity to Egron. Operational anchor and authorised signatory on Egron's LSP Agreement with RISL, responsible for RISL/DeGS relationship management, eMitra SLA compliance, kiosk network operations, and Government liaisoning across RISL, JdVVNL, JVVNL, BSNL and district collectorate offices.
Core member of Egron's operations team since inception. Previously Operations Executive at CMS Computers (2016–2019), joined Egron as Assistant Manager — Operations in January 2019, and has served as Team Leader — Operations since May 2022. Manages and mentors field staff, EDP personnel and eMitra VLEs across districts, tracks monthly KPIs on transactions, revenue and service quality, coordinates operator onboarding and training, and ensures SLA adherence across all service delivery points.
